Job description

We're looking for a customer-orienteddriven and empathetic implementation specialist with a sales background, some technical understanding and a healthy passion for crypto!

Full-time, on-location, with beautiful offices in the centre of Amsterdam.

Who are we?

We are a fast-paced startup in the Netherlands, quickly bridging the world of Fiat Currencies (Euro, Dollars, etc.) with the world of Cryptocurrencies.

🔥 🚀 We are building the Adyen/Stripe for fiat-to-crypto conversions.

We do this by providing them with Onramper: a widget and API that trading platforms, apps and crypto-platforms can integrate to allow their users to buy cryptocurrencies.

In our widget, we've aggregated the best fiat-to-crypto payment gateways so our clients' end-users can buy over 250 cryptocurrencies in over 180 countries with over 20 payment methods.

We're quickly streamlining global payments on the intersection between fiat and crypto. We've been growing fast and aim to scale up our ability to provide our increasing (B2B) client base with excellent support during and after their integration of Onramper.

Responsibilities. You will:

  • Project management and software delivery as per agreement with an ability to effectively drive and coordinate client-integrations
  • Drive kick-off calls, integrations calls and integration sessions during the entire onboarding phase from a technical perspective
  • Analysing and understanding our customers' requirements to form solution designs
  • Proactively advise clients on the best way of integrating our software, focusing on performance, User Experience and positioning.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve the overall integration experience and product capabilities
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Manager to ensure overall client happiness and success metrics.
  • Provide support to clients in case of bug reports and coordinate with the technical team to fix them

Job requirements


  • You have 3+ years of B2B pre-sales/implementation/account management/client success experience and a track record of ensuring growth.
  • a great understanding of APIs, webhooks, basic HTML and SDKs
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Project coordination skills are a plus
