Responsibilities

• Developing and deploying smart contracts and dApps in collaboration with the QA team, engineers, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Helping the QA team test popular dApps on the Neon EVM platform
• Integrating Solidity code on different platforms
• Creating high-security technologies
• Undertaking technical review assessments of existing blockchain solutions, smart contracts, and products
• Writing demo projects
• Auditing smart contracts
• Deploying applications using the company's automation scripting workflow
• Advancing the state-of-the-art smart contracts through research and consultation with industry leaders
• Staying up to date with protocol changes and new feature sets

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of commercial experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in smart contract development with Solidity
• Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, scripting with BASH
• Passion for blockchain and desire to stay abreast of blockchain (Web3) concepts
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and related concepts
• Extensive knowledge of Solidity, and an understanding of the techniques and levels of optimizationExperience with OpenZeppelin contracts and libs.
• Knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-721, and other protocols
• Good understanding of dApps architecture and ways of working with them, NFT, DAO, Tokens, and Tokenomic models
• Experience with Web3.js and Ethereum ecosystem
• Experience with Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, and Remix.
• Working knowledge of AWS or other Public platforms, and a good understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Fluent in English with the ability to provide step-by-step technical explanations both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical scenarios to people with less technical knowledge
• Knowledge of database technology, such as SQL

Nice to Have

• Experience working with open-source projects
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline building experience
• Experience with Rust and Rust-based smart contracts
• The collection of contracts written on Solidity

Strong Plus

• Experience in Solana (Rust) contract development and an understanding of Solana architecture
• Hands-on experience in blockchain architecture and its applications
• A degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• An understanding of or experience with the smart contracts audit
